How do I make a payment?

* Payment is made via online transfer or bank deposit to our RBC Account. Once payment is made , you simply send us the receipt via WhatsApp and await confirmation.

Can I make changes to my order?

* Changes can only be made before payment is made. Once payment is made. No changes would be accommodated.

How long does the order take to be ready?

Processing times:

* Pickup 3 -5 Business days 

* Delivery 5-7 Business days.

How do I receive my item?

* Curbside Pickup in Macoya or Delivery is available at an additional cost depending on location.

Can my glass items be delivered safely?

* Glass items have been delivered through our courier without any issues. But we do recommend that items are picked up in Macoya. Items are packaged securely but we wont be accountable for any damages to the item.

Is International Shipping available?

* Unfortunately no, only local shipping within Trinidad and Tobago is available.

Can I get a design that is not on the website?

* Yes, custom designs are welcomed. You can send a WhatsApp message to begin the process.
